Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, products may be returned within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund in your original payment method less any shipping charges. Any items returned after 30 days will no longer be eligible for a full refund, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit (store credit has no expiry date). Please be advised that any items purchased online that are returned after the 30 day period will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.

New items must be returned in original condition with no sign of use or wear, and used items must be returned in the same condition as shipped to you. All returns must include all original packaging, manuals, literature, warranty cards, and accessories, as well as a copy of the original invoice.

Items purchased online on or after November 1 will be accepted for return until January 15 to allow for the holiday season.

Please note that B Sharp Music will inspect all online purchase returns upon receipt for any signs of wear, use, or mishandling and additional charges, further to a minimum 10% restocking fee, may apply. Products returned that are no longer in original condition or those returned with missing accessories or packaging may still be considered for return, however replacement costs and/or product devaluation will be taken into account. B Sharp Music retains the discretion to make this decision on a case by case basis.

The following products are not eligible for returns:

  • Harmonicas
  • Computer software
  • Products with accompanying software that has been registered, opened, and/or installed
  • Open or used strings
  • Any sale or clearance items

Returns can be made in one of two ways - at our retail location in Regina, SK or shipped directly to us. For in-store returns, please bring a copy of the original invoice (that includes your order number) as we will require this for reference. If you will be shipping your return back to us, please contact us first by phone at 306.757.2531 or send us an email at store@bsharpmusic.com so we are aware of the issue and can provide you with further details and instructions regarding your shipment. As a general guideline for returns being shipped back to us, please place your item(s) along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief description of why the item(s) is/are being returned in the original shipping carton or alternate appropriate box, seal with packing tape, and return your package to:

Since you will assume responsibility for all shipping costs related to returning your product(s), we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return. Please be advised that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
